The 2024 Salt Lake City Classic starts this Friday at 5 PM Mountain Time and ends Saturday evening. There are 14 teams on the men’s side overall from 4 different states and 4 of the teams are from Conference USSSA. The favorites are the ‘A’ teams Cheap Suits who has won 2 tournaments this year, Bay Area Legends who has won 1 tournament this year, and NFM Lending who has a runner up finish. On the women’s side there are 11 teams from 5 different states with the favorite being the Derby Girls Major team who has won 6 tournaments so far this year. The tournament is being played at the Lakeside Park in South Orem, Utah just outside of Salt Lake City on 5 – 315 foot fields that have artificial turf infields. The last time Conference played in Utah was the Salt Lake City Dual in 2022.
