Conference USSSA Information
2025 Conference USSSA Membership Information
As a registered Men’s Conference USSSA team there is no minimum or maximum number of entries the team must play within the Conference USSSA regular season schedule. The full benefits of being registered as Conference USSSA team are applicable once the following requirements are met:
Register for the 2025 Season as a Major, AA, A, B or TBD Conference Team:
– Pay the upfront fee of $4,500. What’s included?

*Receive Two (2) Conference USSSA regular season events on schedule
– If your team Participates in five (5) regular season Conference USSSA events:
*Receive One (1) Paid World Tournament entry (In Class ONLY)
– If your team Participates in seven (7) regular season Conference USSSA events:
*Receive Two (2) Paid World Tournament entries (Major World Series + In Class)
Register for the 2025 Season as an Alternate-B or Alternate-C Conference Team:
– Pay an upfront fee of $2,000. What’s included?
*Team Insurance
*Receive Two (2) Conference USSSA regular season events on schedule
– If your team participates in five (5) regular season Conference USSSA events:
*Receive One (1) Paid World Tournament entry (In Class ONLY)
– If your team participates in seven (7) regular season Conference USSSA events:
*Receive Two (2) Paid World Tournament entries (In Class + Additional Class)
Alternate B/C Conference teams are not eligible for Men’s Major World Series
Major Teams: If a Major classified team plays 7 Conference USSSA events; team can use their 8th paid event for the Conference Championship
AA/A/B Teams: If team qualifies as Top 18 for Men’s Major World Series, Paid World Tournament will be applied first to the Major World Series and 2nd event would be their World Tournament (In Class ONLY) If team does not qualify for the Men’s Major World Series, Paid World Tournament will be applied first to your World Tournament (In Class) and (1) Additional World Tournament of choice (Men’s AA, A or B at Space Coast Complex)
Alternate C Teams: Conference USSSA alternate Class C teams are required to follow the Player Restrictive Value (PRV) guideline as laid out in the USSSA Rule Book for Class C classified teams. Managers for Conference USSSA Alternate Class C teams will control their own rosters, no roster add/drop limitations. Try Out players are not permitted for Conference USSSA Alternate Class C teams. Must follow and adhere to their State Programs qualification guidelines to be World Tournament eligible. Alternate C teams are not eligible to qualify for the Major World Series or end-of-season refund.
Conference Championships: Conference Championships event can be their 7th event on schedule (Must pay entry fee) If you have played 7 Conference USSSA events, the Conference Championships event could also be utilized as 8th paid event and one (1) World Tournament (If qualifies for Major, this would be applied there first) Conference Championships event is not required to participate in the Men’s Conference USSSA Conference Championship event counts as full points and will count towards your overall point total; your final standings are determined by your Top eight (8) events (by points) This event will not replace other events points and will count as your 8th event. These points will be added to your final Conference Points Total Classification Determined by Conference Committee
2024 Conference USSSA Refund at World Tournaments and Major World Series
At the completion of the CUSSSA Championships the Top 18 Men’s teams by Conference points qualify for the Major World Series in Viera, Florida. Those teams must qualify and participate in the Major World Series and/or their respective class tournament to receive an applicable refund.
Alternate Men’s B/C teams are not eligible to qualify for Men’s Major or Refund
All teams are required to stay in Brevard County, Fl to receive a team refund. Please send proof of hotel lodging to [email protected].
Reminders:
All CUSSSA event entry fees must be up to date and paid in full minimally two (2) weeks before the start of the tournament you are participating in.
Failure to pay entry fees will result in the loss of World Tournament entries and eligibility for refunds.
Late removals after your first offense will be deducted at the amount of $475 per CUSSSA event from eligible funds received back at your respective World Tournament.

Note: *Women’s AA Division will be determined once all TBD Classifications are complete and confirmed.
Women’s Conference USSSA Final Standings by Conference Points:
Major World Series
Top 16
Women’s Conference USSSA teams that qualify and participate in the Major World Series will receive a: $1,200 refund
Top A/Top B
Women’s Conference USSSA teams that qualify and participate in the Major World Series, In Class Tournament that are the Top A or Top B team within Conference USSSA standings will receive: $2,000 refund
2025 Conference USSSA Lodging Funds at World Tournaments
At the completion of the CUSSSA Championships the top 18 men’s teams and top 16 women’s teams by conference points qualify for the Men’s and Women’s Major World Series in Viera, Florida at our Space Coast Complex. These qualified teams will receive lodging funds at their respective World Tournament.
All teams are REQUIRED to stay in Brevard County, Fl to receive funds back for lodging.

- Participation in the CUSSSA Championships will give teams the opportunity to earn additional points toward seeding in the USSSA Women’s Major World Series
- Final seedings will be determined after the completion of the CUSSSA Championships
- If any teams are tied after the CUSSSA Championships, the tie breaker will go to higher classified team, then by higher power rating
