3rd Street 23 – Semper 14
Chris Hoffer homers for 3rd Street
Semper started off hot with 6 runs in the top of the first inning capped by Darwin Vinsons insided the park homer with two outs. 3rd Street started their comeback with a 3 run homer by Tommie Stevens in the bottom of the 2nd and both teams ended their half of the 2nd with doubleplays. In the 4th the 3rd Street bats exploded with homers by Matt Bunn and Chris Hoffer and they took a 12-7 lead. Mike Jenkins for Semper and Josh Fryman for 3rd Street traded homers in the 5th but Matt Bunn and Nick Masur homers in the 6th for 3rd Street finished off Semper by 10 runs.

Game #2 Recap
Xtreme/Miken 23 – B&B Drywall/Easton 15
Xtreme pitcher Aaron Lewicki shut down B&B most of the game
Xtreme/Miken jumped on B&B Drywall/Easton in game #2 using a couple of Seth Brown home runs to jump out to a 11-0 lead. B&B Drywall tried to keep themselves in the game with a nice defensive play by middle infielder Jason Trammell in the 5th inning when he bare handed a ball and turned a double play. Todd Newtons homer in the top of the 7th gave Xtreme a 23-6 lead and B&B Drywall mounted a nice comeback to score 9 in the bottom of the 7th but came up well short in a 23-15 loss.

Game #3 Recap
Baugh Ford 25 – Classic Glass 24
Chris Larsen hits the go ahead homer and ultimately game winner for Baugh Ford!
Baugh Ford used multi run home runs from Chris Larsen, Kyle Pearson, and JD Genter in the bottom of the first to jump out to a 14-3 lead. Classic Glass though scored in every inning except for the 7th and that was the difference. Cal Ford had 3 homers and 8 RBI and Tyson Steele had 2 homers and 5 RBI for Classic Glass. Jeff Flood (4-4) for Baugh who had a couple of extra base hits and Chris Larsen who was 4-5 with 3 homers and 7 RBI were the MVP’s for Baugh. Flood also had a great diving catch at middle infield. Classic led by 2 runs going into the bottom of the 7th when Baughs Chris Larsen hit a clutch 3 run homer to give Baugh the lead and they held on by 1 run in the 7th.

Laservision 27 – 3rd Street 11
Laservisions Kevin Bazat slams another hit
Laservision scored 10 runs in the first inning on homers by Kevin Filby, Dale Brungardt, and Travis Clark. 3rd Street answered in the 3rd inning with a Jeremiah Henry homer and Chris Hoffer homer as they cut the lead to 13-9. Henry would add a homer in the 4th but Laservision would score 9 runs in the bottom of the 4th on homers by Brungardt and Travis Clark to take a 22-11. And Laservision ended the game by the run rule in the bottom of the 5th 27-11.

Resmondo 24 – Xtreme 3
Resmondo jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the 1st inning on homers by Andy Purcell and Jeremy Isenhower. In the bottom of the 2nd they got homers from Greg Connell, Bubba Mack, and a grand slam by Jeremy Isenhower to take a 20-2 and they won in the 4th by the 20 run rule. Greg Connells homer went over the 45 foot high center field wall!

Game #6 Recap
Team Albicocco 20 – TG Brand 9
Both teams came out with zero runs in the first inning. TG Brand struck first in the 2nd inning with a 2 run homer by Joe Dorton. Team Albicocco came in and took a 9-3 lead on homers by Kyle Moyer and Orlando Castillo. Then in the 4th inning Dorton tied the game at 9-9 on an RBI base hit for a TG Brand 6 run inning. In the bottom of the 4th though Team Albicocco took the lead for good on two run homers by Ryan Harvey, Chad Durick, and Ryan Harvey again a second time in an 8 run bottom of the 5th and they cruised to a 20-9 win.T
