Men’s HOF Dual #1
Conference USSSA headed to Florida’s Spacecoast complex for the annual Hall of Fame Classic Dual. In the men’s first dual which started Thursday morning April 10th, it was RoofX/Thunder/BD/CE/Chosen/RF/Pure (IN-Major) led by middle infielder Jeremy Fry (.905 OBP) going undefeated to win the tournament. They beat Juno Athletics/LSR (NJ-Major) in the finals after Juno had lost their first game of the tournament and come all the way through the loser’s bracket including a loser’s final win over Resmondo/SIS/Skoni/StubTerm/RDD/S&S (FL-Major) who finished 3rd. And WestPoint was the highest finishing ‘AA’ team as they rolled through fellow ‘AA’ teams Sports Reach twice and Ataraxis to finish 4th.

Men’s HOF Dual #2
The men’s Dual #2 began Friday at 3 PM and ended Sunday. In this one it was a tired and banged up Juno Athletics/LSR (NJ-Major) team fighting through the winner’s bracket and beating RoofX in the winner’s final in a wild high scoring game. I-57 Roofing/AXE/SHIRTSandLOGOS/SA (IL-AA) beat Resmondo in the quarterfinals Friday night and then after losing to Juno on Saturday, they beat Cheap Suits to finish 4th. Meanwhile Resmondo came through the loser’s bracket and got a revenge win over I-57 late Saturday night but lost to RoofX Sunday morning to finish 3rd. And RoofX separated late to beat Juno in the first championship game but Juno’s offense was too much in the “if” game and Juno pulled out a 5 inning run rule win to take the second dual.
