USA Baseball Complex in Millington, TN was a great spot for a Conference event.
Resmondo/All American Athletics (FL-M) got back to their winning ways going undefeated in the 20 team Conference tournament at the 2024 Memorial Major in Millington, TN outside of Memphis. They played at the USA Baseball Complex on artificial turf baseball fields with 80 foot bases and the Dudley Hardcore ball. Resmondo knocked off JBL Roofing/Pauer Sports (OH-AA) 33-7 in the winner’s bracket finals and again 36-16 in the championship game as the other major teams (RoofX, Sonny’s, & Juno) fell by the wayside. RoofX did finish 3rd but imploded in the loser’s bracket finals and Sports Reach made a nice run in the loser’s bracket to finish an impressive 4th. RoofX did move up to 1st in the Conference points standings. Conference USSSA continues this Friday in Chicago. I will have the computer rankings out on Tuesday as well as the first condensed game as I have 35 people coming to my wife’s birthday party today. As always I add action pictures to the tournament picture album throughout the weeks as I go thru and edit the condensed games.
