SmashIt/Thunder/Chosen/Pure/RF/BD/TDB the top Major team in the country went undefeated in winning the “Battle of Bull Run” Conference USSSA event in Nokesville, Virginia this past weekend. Smash It knocked off Anarchy/SmashItSports/Beloli/OA (NY-A) 29-12 in the winner’s bracket finals Saturday night and they beat Nitro Circus/Klutch/Team 199/BRC (MD-TBD) 34-30 in the championship game. Anarchy wound up 3rd and non-conference ‘B’ team Fish Head/FHC/Corner House (MD-B) wound up a surprising 4th after upsetting Conference teams Tru, S&E/Dan Smith, and walking off West Point Softball.
