Chicago, IL- Resmondo Specialty Tank/Worth won their second tournament of the season as they went 6-1 to win the “Windy City” Classic! Resmondo got passed #3 ranked Baugh Ford/Doerflinger/National Pawn/Klutch/Easton 41-21 in the semi-finals, a surprise Precision/Easton team 34-13 in the winner bracket championship, and #4 ranked Backman/Shoppe/Louisville Slugger 49-26 in the “if” game of the championship after Backman had just defeated them 30-10. Laservision/H Auto/JJ’s/Easton was 4th and their 35 game win streak was snapped by Precision/Easton 35-34 in the quarterfinals of the winners bracket in a game where Laservision had the bats in their hands in the bottom of the 7th. Precision who ended up 3rd and is a team who has most of their players from the Chicago, Illinois area then beat Backman 42-24 to advance to the winner’s championship where they lost to Resmondo.
