Adam Elliot a conference player with FBI, Demarini, and other top teams in the past has passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. The USSSA/ Nationwide Family sends its thoughts and prayers to Adams family, friends, and teammates in this tough time.
Statement from the family:
We appreciate all of the heart felt thoughts, prayers and kind memories shared regarding your experiences with Adam. As you all know, Adam loved to play ball and has made many great friends over the years playing baseball and softball across the country.
Adam had been on a business trip to Las Vegas and when he didn’t show up to the scheduled meetings his colleagues checked and found that he had passed in his hotel room bed. The coroner is still looking into the cause of death.
Adam was a handsome, athletic, jovial and fun loving young man who was loved by many and had an amazing way with people. Adam was engaged to be married to a lovely young lawyer, Catia, with whom he had just moved in. He made all of us who knew him very proud in many ways.
A Memorial Softball Tournament is likely to be planned. We would like all of his many family, friends and softball family whose lives Adam touched, to join, as we all celebrate his life doing what he loved. Playing ball.
