Resmondo-SIS-Skoni-StubTerm-RDD-S&S (FL-Major) used a dominating offense to beat all 3 of their Major team opponents to win the 57th Annual Smoky Mountain Classic in Marysville, TN. It was Resmondo’s 3rd straight Classic win. On Saturday they knocked off Juno Athletics/LSR (NJ-Major) 57-46 in the quarterfinals, Proton/Str8play/Rebel/Dalsanders (CA-Major) 58-50 in the semifinals, and RoofX/Thunder/BD/CE/Chosen/RF/Pure (IN-Major) 64-46 in the winner’s final. Then on Sunday in the championship game against RoofX they scored 31 runs in the bottom of the 1st, 20 in the bottom of the 2nd, and left RoofX on the field with a 4 run 3rd by the 30 run mercy rule 55-25. So they scored 55 runs on 6 outs in the championship…
