The 2024 Conference USSSA season continues in Millington, Tennessee just outside of Memphis at a new venue called the USA Baseball Complex. There are 20 teams total with 18 of them being from the Conference including all 4 Major teams and 4 of the 6 ‘AA’ teams. The #1 seed will be Nitro/Beloli/Ataraxis/SBT/SOL/BAF/Koval (MD-AA) and RoofX/BadDraw/CE/Pure/Envy based out of Indiana but. It will be interesting to see how Resmondo/All-American Restoration/O (FL-Major) responds to losing those last two games in Arizona by the run rule and whether or not Sonny’s/Worsham/RedAthlete (WY-Major), Juno Athletics (NJ-Major) or one of the ‘AA’ teams can break through and win? So far in 2024 the Conference has had 5 tournaments with 4 different winners. Check out the computer rankings here. The USA Baseball Complex has baseball fields with varying dimensions and it looks like they have artificial turf infields and possibly outfields as well. There are thunderstorms in the forecast so prepare accordingly.
