Conference USSSA travels to Kent, Washington this week in a big way with a Seattle record 24 men’s and 9 women’s teams. There are 22 men’s conference teams meaning 180 + (4 x 22) = 268 points to the winner. And 180 + (4 x 6) = 204 points on the women’s side. The Seattle “Dual” Major #1 starts for the men on Thursday at 9 AM Pacific time at the Hogan park. They are playing on the 300 foot fields with the Dudley Pro-M ball except for Field #1 games which is the Hardcore on the baseball field. The 1st Dual finishes up with the championship game scheduled for Friday at 3:00 PM pacific time. The second dual tournament actually starts at 9:45 AM Friday while the first one is finishing and continues all day on Saturday with the championship set for Sunday at 9:45 AM. That 2nd Dual tournament is unlimited home runs, 80 foot bases, and the Dudley Hardcore ball on the baseball field and the Dudley Pro-M ball on the softball fields. They will play as many winner’s bracket games as they can on field #1 (baseball field) with 330-365-390-371-366-344-325 dimensions. Can Resmondo, Proton, or Juno get untracked and back into the 2025 points race? A lot of smash mouth softball is going to be played in cooler conditions in the great northwest. Look for potential major team vs major team matchups every round after the first round.

The festivities begin Wednesday night at 8 am with the “All go, no quit”, Christan Dowling Home Run Derby.
