Resmondo/SIS/All-American/Menosse (FL-Major) powered their way undefeated in the winner’s bracket Friday and Saturday at the 2023 12th Annual “Sin City” Classic at the Big League Dreams park in Las Vegas, Nevada! They scored 45 runs to beat Bay Area Legends (CA-A) in the quarterfinals, 56 runs to beat CompetitiveEdge/Suncoast/FBI/Olmito (FL-Major) in the semifinals, and 62 runs to beat Nitro Circus/Candy Shop/Ataraxis (MD-AA) late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. In the championship Sunday they suffered a 42-26 loss to Competitive Edge before beating them in the “if” necessary game 39-38 while not having to hit in the bottom of the 7th! Comp Edge was 2nd. Nitro Circus 3rd. Smash It Sports 4th. The weather was cooler but beautiful and a good batch of Dudley Pro-M balls and the short 265-295-310-295-265 average fence distances led to very high scores and some 2.5 hour games.

La Famiglia takes on Classic Glass
The new Major team Classic Glass/Nitro Circus/Rawlings from Washington rolled through Women’s Dual #1 beating LaFamiglia/Fat Angelos/GTL/Worth (PA-Major) 42-32 in the winner’s final and Smash It/Derby Girls/Rawlings 17-13 in the championship. In one game in the loser’s bracket Derby Girls scored 47 runs!

Classic Glass Sunday morning.
In Dual #2 which started Saturday morning and ended Sunday morning Smash It/Derby Girls/Rawlings went undefeated beating Classic Glass 37-8 in the winner’s bracket finals and again 16-15 in the championship.
