Men’s Dual #1 Major
Monsta vs MPT Friday in Dual #1.
Monsta lost by a run to MPT Rentals in the winner’s bracket finals early Friday afternoon of Dual #1 then dropped to the loser’s bracket finals and knocked off Resmondo 27-26 then “double dipped” MPT Rentals playing 4 straight games in the humidity at USSSA’s Space Coast Stadium in Viera, Florida. They bested a field of 30 Conference teams! Resmondo had won 6 straight in the loser’s bracket to finish 3rd and Competitive Edge was 4th as all 4 Major teams finished in the top 4 even though there were plenty of big upsets throughout the double elimination tournament. Monsta right fielder Tyler Storey who doesn’t even have a full year in the Conference was the MVP .778, 8 HR, 21 RBI. The fences for all games were 325-365-385-365-325 and they used a good batch of Dudley Stadium ZN balls.

Men’s Dual #2 Major
Monsta vs Resmondo Saturday night in Dual #2.
Resmondo used an overpowering 36.2 runs scored per game to roll through Dual #2 undefeated knocking off Monsta in the championship 38-37 in the 8th inning Sunday afternoon on a walk off 3 run homer by Greg Connell! Monsta finished 2nd after a 2 am victory over RoofX 37-36 where they scored 13 runs in the bottom of the 7th to win then were back at the fields at 8 am Sunday morning sending home Smash It 34-17 and MPT Rentals 28-23 before losing to Resmondo in extra innings. MPT Rentals winds up 3rd and Smash It Sports 4th. The MVP was Resmondo pitcher Travis Clark who .750, 8 HR, and 32 RBI.

Women’s Dual #1 Major
In the women’s Dual #1 which began Thursday evening and ended Friday evening in the White Quad at the Space Coast Complex Lady SNI pulled out an 8-7 win over Smash It/Derby Girls in the “if” game to win their first tournament of the year. Classic Glass was 3rd and Khaos an ‘A’ team out of Florida was 4th. They used temp fences set at 300 feet.

3rd Place – Classic Glass/Nitro Circus/Rawlings (WA-Major)
4th Place – KHAOS/SNI/BaughFord/D1 (FL-A)
Women’s Dual #2 Major
LaFamiglia a Major team based out of Pennsylvania went undefeated coming back from an early 3-1 deficit in the Championship game to beat Lady SNI 5-3. Team 24 was 3rd and Khaos again finished 4th in the 14 team event. In 4 women’s Conference tournaments this year there have now been 4 different winner’s! Look for a condensed game of the championship to come out this week.
