The Conference USSSA stops in the Northwest this Friday and Saturday at Salem, Oregon’s “Softball City” Major! There are 13 teams in the men’s Major division with 5 of them from the Conference including the heavy favorite Classic Glass/Easton (CA-AA). On the women’s side there are 11 teams with 5 being from the Conference including a ‘AA’ team from California – Smash It Sports/SFK/Easton/Miken who will be the favorite.
The weather looks good, the Dudley Pro-M will be used for the men, the Dudley Classic-W for the women, and the fences are 300 feet. On the men’s side this is a “Special” points event meaning the points start at 180 instead of 165.
