The 2014 Nationwide Conference USSSA season kicks off this weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada with the 4th Annual “Sin City Classic”! The tournament features Laservision/H.Auto/JJ’s/Easton, Team Combat/Softball.com, Baugh Doerflinger Nat Pawn/Easton, and 4 The Fallen/Easton as the top teams. These teams will try to slug their way through a field of f 32 teams from 12 different states and 11Conference league teams.
Teams will begin play on Friday, April 4th and the live internet feed here on SoftballCenter.com at 11:10 pacific time on Saturday, April 5th. Live streaming will continue through the championship game which is set for Sunday at 10:30 AM. Remember the Softballcenter.com chat room will be up for the entire weekend. The tournament is held at Big League Dreams park at 3151 East Washington street. The fields feature artificial turf infields and 6 softball fields each of which is modeled after the look and feel of a major league baseball stadium.
The weather looks to be good although cooler and the traditional nasty winds look like they may stay away.
